I am writing to thank you and your staff for the professional, efficient and effective manner in which you managed the recent sale of my unit at the above address.
The result achieved at auction surpassed my expectations and is a credit to yourself and your team. The result also highlighted the benefit of engaging an agent who works diligently and efficiently in managing all aspects of the process from initial consultation to the marketing campaign and through to auction day.
This was my first foray into the property sales market and thus i was looking to be guided through the process. Your expertise and knowledge of the market and sales processes made the experience easy for myself and gave me confidence that all things were being taken care of. Your suggestions regarding the presentation of the unit and the marketing campaign strategy proved to be extremely effective in generating maximum interest in the property and the desired sale price.
However, all of the above preparatory work amounts to nothing if it cant be translated into a good sale price on auction day. I was nervous, before the auction , that my desired sale price may not be achieved. My apprehension was soon put at ease as you commenced the auction and proceeded to astutely assess the market as bids commenced. I was most impressed with the manner with which you engaged all parties at the auction and your ability to extract the maximum number of bids from those present. As a result, a price was achieved which i was extremely satisfied with, and it was one which i believe was maximised by the way you conducted the auction.
